Capstone Challenge : Obstacle Course
Obstacle Course Overview

For this Capstone Challenge, the robot needs to navigate an obstacle course while using its sensors. The robot must begin in the starting area, touch a wall, line follow, detect when it comes close to an object, recognize the red color line and turn right, and then finish in the goal area.

Setup : On any surface, recreate the obstacle shown below with any objects that can be used as walls and obstacles.

Rules : The robot must start from the blue corner (1), then move until it touches the wall ahead (2). Next, it must turn and follow the line to its left (3). As the robot is following the line, it must follow and avoid all the cylindrical objects in its path, then end by touching the wall at the end of the line (4). Then, it must approach the next wall, but cannot touch it (5). It must then then turn and detect the colored patch on the ground (6), then make one last turn before heading towards the end (7).
