Installing Flash Player 7

1. Click here to see if you have the Flash Player you need.
   
2. If a working Flash Slideshow file appears, you have the player you need. Close the slideshow window and click here to exit this file.
   
3. If a white box appears for 10 seconds, click here.
   
4. Copy the file "Install Flash Player 7.msi" (Right click the file, scroll down and left click "Copy." Do not click and drag.)
   • If you have an internet connection, you can click here or here to download the player from the internet.
   • If you can't right click or paste, contact your instructor. You may need to log in with an administrator's password.
     
5. Exit the Roamer Guide. (The "Exit" button is at the upper left.)
   
6. Minimize the file behind it. It's blue and white, with a button marked "Start Over." (To minimize, click the left box of the 3 small boxes in the top right corner of the file. It has a line at the bottom of the box.)
   
7. Paste on your desktop. (Put your cursor on a blank area, right click, scroll down and left click "Paste.")
   
8. Double click the icon "Install Flash Player 7.msi" on your desktop and follow instructions. Click "yes" and "okay" when they come up. You will be told that the player has been installed.
   
9. Click here to make sure the player is installed.
   
10. If a Flash slideshow appears, you have the player you need. Close the Flash window and click here to exit this file. You will have to maximize the file you minimized, and then click start to re-enter the Roamer Guide.
